The Short Version

We build music software, not ad networks. We do not track you across the internet, we do not use invasive analytics, and we will never sell your personal data. That said, running a modern website and selling software requires some basic data processing, which we explain below in plain English.

1. Website Hosting & Security (Cloudflare)

Our website is hosted using Cloudflare to ensure it stays fast and secure. When you visit this site, Cloudflare automatically logs basic information like your IP address, browser type, and the time of your visit. This is strictly used to protect the site from DDoS attacks, malicious bots, and spam. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

2. Purchasing & Payment Processing

When you purchase an ISOREK product, the transaction is handled entirely by our trusted third-party payment processor (e.g., Lemon Squeezy, Stripe).

  • We never see, process, or store your credit card number or payment details on our own servers.
  • The payment processor collects the necessary information to complete the sale (name, email, billing address) and shares your name and email with us so we can issue your license key and provide support.

3. Software Telemetry & DRM

Our VST3 plugins do not contain invasive "phone-home" telemetry or "always-on" DRM. If our software needs to connect to the internet (for example, to validate a license key upon first activation), it only transmits the minimum data required to verify your purchase. We do not track how or when you use the plugins inside your DAW.

4. Communication

If you email us for support or reach out on social media, we will only use the information you provide (like your email address) to respond to your inquiry and help you solve your problem. We will not subscribe you to a newsletter without your explicit consent.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (e.g., the EU under GDPR, or California under CCPA), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. If you wish to exercise these rights, please contact us using the email below.
