Terms of Use
Last updated: March 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any software published by ISOREK ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, do not download or use our software.
2. Ownership
Think of our plugins like a hardware synth. Once you download or purchase an ISOREK product, it's yours. You can use it for personal projects, commercial releases, live performances - whatever you want. While we currently do not enforce strict activation limits, we reserve the right to introduce reasonable machine limits in the future to prevent abuse. There will never be subscription fees or "always-on" DRM requirements.
What you don't own is the underlying code. Imagine it like buying a physical synthesizer: you bought it to make music with, but you didn't buy the factory schematics, so you can't manufacture clones. The software, its source code, and its internal design remain the intellectual property of ISOREK. This means:
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software to extract its source code or internal logic.
- You may not redistribute, copy, or share our software with others. Each copy is for the person who downloaded or purchased it.
- You may not resell or sublicense our software without prior written consent.
Some products may be offered free of charge. "Free" refers to the price only and does not grant any additional rights beyond those described here.
3. Disclaimer of Warranty
Our software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
We strive to deliver reliable, well-tested software, but bugs and unexpected behavior can occur. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. You assume all risk associated with the installation and use of our software.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ISOREK, its developer, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use our software.
(Plain English Example: If your DAW crashes during a live gig or a project file gets corrupted while using our plugins, we are deeply sorry, but we cannot be held legally or financially liable for those damages or lost wages.)
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are sought, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. Updates and Discontinuation
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any software at any time without prior notice. We are not obligated to provide updates, patches, or support for any product, though we intend to actively maintain our software for the long term.
6. Third-Party Content
Some products may include content sourced from or inspired by third parties, which will be credited where applicable. We do not claim ownership of third-party content. Use of such content within our products is subject to the original creator's terms.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
